Hi, I’m Audrey Ford, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling. I’ve spent my career supporting individuals and families through some of life’s toughest challenges, and I’m passionate about helping people find healing, strength, and clarity.
I specialize in substance use disorders and trauma, and I also have experience working with women’s mental health, grief and loss, caregiving stress, and major life transitions. My background includes both clinical counseling and healthcare coordination, which allows me to approach care from a holistic and practical perspective.
My counseling style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I believe true growth happens when clients feel safe, understood, and equipped with tools that empower them to move forward. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients build skills, challenge unhelpful patterns, and move toward meaningful change. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and respect, while helping you reclaim your voice and build a life that feels more grounded, hopeful, and authentic.
If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we can take steps toward lasting change.

Hi, I’m Emily a future clinical social worker with hands-on experience supporting children, teens, and families through life’s most challenging moments. I’ve worked with families in community-based settings like Head Start, where I focused on early childhood development and family well-being. My background in sociology and psychology, combined with real-world experience and deep empathy, shapes the way I show up for my clients: grounded, compassionate, and fully present.
My passion for this work is personal. Growing up in a divorced family and navigating my own experiences with trauma and counseling gave me an early understanding of how much it matters to feel seen, heard, and supported. These experiences help me connect with clients on a real level — because I’ve been there too.
I’m especially drawn to working with children, adolescents, and parents who are dealing with stress, trauma, family transitions, or just feeling overwhelmed. I create a warm, welcoming space where clients can be themselves, build coping skills, and gain the confidence to grow into who they’re meant to be. My approach is strengths-based, client-centered, and collaborative — we work together to figure out what you need most.
I use evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and family-focused strategies, but at the core of everything I do is the relationship. I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and empowering — not clinical or cold.
If you or your child is facing a tough season, I’d be honored to support you. Let’s take the next step together.
